  • What is the square foot cost for a remodel or addition to my home?
  • Square footage costs are very difficult to ascertain for remodeling. This is because every project is different from another and there are many variables that must be determined. Once we have fully evaluated your project you will receive a written proposal. This proposal will include a precise cost analysis of all expenses expected for your project. In other words, once you receive a proposal from Toltera, it will not change.

  • Will you come to my home to talk about our project?
  • Absolutely! Our process begins with a consultation in your home. This consultation serves as a “meet and greet” for both of us. During this time, we will ask for the desires and wishes you have for your project. We will also take some time to tell you about us and make any suggestions we might have for a smoother and more efficient project.
  • How long should I expect my project to take?
  • That depends on your project. The size, scope of work, and details particular to your project will determine how long it will take to complete your project. Each of Toltera’s projects require thorough preparation and planning prior to actual construction. Once we’ve fully evaluated the project, you will receive a construction schedule prior to our start date.
  • Do you do perform all the work yourself?
  • One of the benefits of using Toltera is not only do we perform all design and drafting in house, but we also hold an electrical and plumbing license. This feature enables us to perform most, if not all, of the work on your project by our own employees. This in turn, enables us greater control over the project and many time, lower costs. At times we do utilize high quality subcontractors; however this is only when it is deemed necessary.

  • Our primary business areas are the central areas of Tucson. We have many projects in Vail, Marana, Corona de Tucson, Oro Valley, Casas Adobes, South Tucson, and Green Valley.
